H.O.P.E. (Helping Our Parents Excel) is a quarterly session to empower parents and caregivers. A two-three hour session may be a resource fair, social breakfast, peer to peer networking, a partner vent with our Parents Time Out, a yoga class, or more!
The goal of H.O.P.E. is to provide a network of support, fellowship, education, relaxation tips, and techniques; an array of offerings to provide information and knowledge to be a better YOU!
